Useful HGH Guide

How can I get my doctor to perscribe me HGH?

I will never grow, no matter how much I eat or lift. For every pound I weigh I eat twice that in grams of protein per day. I lift heavy, and correctly. Nothing. I’m tiny, I want HGH. How do I get my doctor to prescribe and administer HGH or any other steroid for myself?

Answer:

first off, relax for a minute. I recently studied HGH in a Human Development course and according to current research HGH isn’t necessarily bad for humans. it is however, meant for people who are older than twenty five years old because a person is technically done growing. HGH will help a persons muscle mass, strength, and ability to recover more quickly from workouts and/or injury. my advice is don’t piss off your doctor. do some research on HGH and wait until your done growing. Most people who use this method are chronically ill and need it to rebuild tissue or organ productivity. just thank your lucky stars you don’t really need it, and keep lifting, your body will develop naturally. besides, if your short and you get all puffed up from juicing, just think how fat you’ll look when you get older

How can I get my doctor to prescribe HGH for working out?

Is it very easy to have my doctor prescribe me HGH. I starting a workout program and I want a pick me up to get me through my workouts.

Answer:

it will be difficult if not impossible

if you just started working out, be patient!

also, if your muscles grow too fast, your will blow out your joints b/c your tendons and ligaments won’t get as strong as fast … do some research into strength training if you goal is to bulk up …

if you just need a “pick me up” then you are either not eating enough or you have low endurance – if it is endurance, then you will have to be patient and gradually increase the length and intensity of your workouts as you build it … if it is diet, keep a food diary and see where you can add carbs a couple hours before a workout – also be sure to eat a little protein immediately following a workout – this stops the break-down of muscles and jump starts the rebuilding process – also try L-glutamine …

How do I get my doctor to let me get HGH therapy?

I am a 17 year old boy, really short. I really want to get HGH therapy, because I know there is hope it can increase my height. I need a really good reason to convince my doctor to get me the therapy, what should I say? I know just telling him I want to grow a few inches isn’t going to do it, so what is the best excuse? Please help, I’m in desperate need.

Answer:

Firstly, I’d like to ask how you “know” that HGH will help you. It doesn’t help all short people become taller at all. It only helps some people — those who have a proven deficiency in that hormone.

Have you had blood work that shows that you are deficient in HGH? If not, you really need to have that done before you decide that it would help you. There are also other symptoms of growth hormone deficiency. They are: increased fat around the waist and in the face, looking younger than other boys your age, a delayed onset of puberty — in other words, if you haven’t hit puberty yet, delayed tooth development — do you have all of your permanent teeth?, low energy, decreased strength, decreased exercise tolerance, decreased muscle mass, weight gain, and anxiety or depression.

If you have all or most of the above symptoms then speak with your doctor and ask him to refer you to a pediatric endocrinologist.

Good luck.

What are some safe and effective HGH supplements?

I am interested in possibly obtaining HGH supplements, I am just curious which ones are known to be safe and effective. I am not looking into injections or anything like that. I have read that Pharmaceutical and Herbal HGH supplements tend to be very safe. So if you could provide me with actual brand names and how they work, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.

Answer:

Forget buying online and to be safe talk to your doctor.
HGH need to be injected.
“If it is given as a pill, it would be broken down in the stomach and digested, before it reaches the blood stream.”

what are good things to eat that increase production of HGH?

i’ve been doing growing exercises i found online that are part of a book with other “growing secrets”. one of the things in it is a list of foods and things that help promote HGH to help you grow. i was wondering if anyone knew of anything along those lines. i’d really like to grow a couple inches and my parents won’t consider asking my doctor about it. i’m not just complaining, i’m 17 and i haven’t really grown since i was 12 or 13. so any and all tips would be appreciated.

Answer:

Green leafy vegetables (kale, etc) and bananas. Both are nutrient-dense, and will help you reach your full growth potential, but not do much to add to your overall height.

HgH!!!!!!!!!?

Sytropin spray. Does this stuff actually work?

Answer:

Human growth hormone (HGH) must be injected to be effective. Furthermore, HGH is very serious stuff and should only be used in a doctor’s care. Don’t waste your money on anything you spray, swallow or rub on… it won’t work.
